To show my proficiency in web development and advertise myself as a Professional Web Developer.

To me, creating a website that I know people will enjoy looking at and using, is an amazing feeling. I love to code. I enjoy using tools such as jQuery to create a dynamic user interaction from what starts off as an idea in the head. I have been interested in the web and computers for as long as I can remember and to be a web developer is a dream come true. This is my passion and my chance to be creative in ways I couldn't do with a pen and paper. I am a bit of an Apple fangirl but can also use and code on Windows machines.

I am proficient in coding W3C compliant sites using a range of languages and like to look to the future using CSS3 and HTML5 when possible, as well as making sure older browsers can fall back when this isnt possible. I have had experience using a range of different content management systems as well as shopping carts and am willing to try new things. I enjoy learning on a continual basis as well as improving upon my skills all the time. I keep up to date with the latest developments in the world of Web Coding and thrive on new challenges!
